SOLAR ECLIPSE PARTIAL ON AUGUST 11, 2018
In the case of partial eclipse, only a part of the sun,s disc will be hidden by the moon. The reason being that the centres of the Sun and the Moon not being in an exact line with the observer i.e. when the Sun and the Moon are not exactly Rahu or KETU.
On August 11, 2018, the solar eclipse will remain till Shravan month, Krishna Paksha, Amavasya, Ashhesha Nakshatra and Vyapat Yoga, according to Indian time, from 1:00 p.m. But India will not be visible in the year. This eclipse will be visible in areas such as China, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Russia, and Northern Dhruv etc.
